Shipping:
- Your order will be packaged with 100% recycled and recyclable materials. We use a plant-based packing tape which is completely compostable. We do our absolute best to cushion products carefully to avoid damage during delivery.
- We ship everything either USPS First Class, or USPS Priority, or USPS Priority International depending on the weight and destination. Orders are normally shipped in 1-3 business days, but we may take longer during busy shopping seasons.
Returns:
We’re pretty sure you will fall in love with your products, but we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied. We offer easy returns and exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, or exchange for a different item.
